This video tutorial presents the three main modes of submitting jobs to the InterEvDock3 web server, in order to help new users understand how inputs should be handled for:
- template-based docking,
- free docking using our scoring scheme to integrate evolutionary information at atomic level,
- and free docking using a covariation map obtained from an external server or method.
