Welcome to bridgeD

The server computes all the possibilities of inserting a disulfide bond into a protein. To improve the coverage of all potential sites, it is recommended to run bridgeD on multiple template structures (multiple submissions) and to concatenate output results.

At low resolution, a run will take a few minutes whereas at high resolution a run will take a few hours (depending on the clustering size). In the reference paper, the highest resolution was used.
